3 steps

You are only three steps away from using all Autenti features.

Create a private or business account for your email address. Log in and, if necessary, switch your accounts.

1. Choose recipients

Provide an email address of each recipient and assign a relevant role to grant access to documents.

2. Upload files

Name your document and upload files to be approved by recipients. You can also use cloud drives.

3. Send document

Start the document workflow. You will be constantly updated on the workflow progress.

If you receive a document from your co-worker or business partner, remember about the following:

1. Open and read the document

You can also download the file or upload it to the cloud.

2. Cooperate with others

Watch the document workflow. Use comments and notes to agree on the final contents with all the parties.

Approve it electronically or reject it if you do not consider it proper.

If you want to find out who signed the document and in what order, use the history and the notification system offered by Autenti.

Instead of a few files, you will receive one in the PDF format with an authenticating certificate.

Legal background

Legal background

Autenti provides an opportunity to perform factual and legal actions which become an electronic signature by law. All the actions are registered and assigned to a user and document, and, in the event of any dispute, documents and the certificate (approved by a trusted third party) recorded on a durable medium underpin the credibility of all the actions.

    An e-signature created on Autenti meets the conditions specified in EU regulation on electronic identification and trust services for e-transactions. The solutions applied on our platform are ahead of their time and fit the definitions set out in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on e-identification and trust services (eIDAS) which became effective in July 2016.

    Autenti operates based on one of the fundamental principle prescribed in the Civil Code – freedom of contract; as a result, the parties may choose to contract in any form, also online. The platform features provide for a possibility to exchange declarations of will by the parties electronically – make an offer to conclude a contract and approve it.

    Documents stored on Autenti are encrypted and data is transmitted using Premium SSL Extended Validation certificate that guarantees security and trust at the top level. As a result, our customers may authorise any documents and conclude contracts containing confidential information and business secret.

We cooperate with the leading providers of electronic solutions to ensure that documents available on Autenti are convenient, quick and secure to use.
Therefore, you can use all familiar files and business document types (Word, Excel, PDF, text files), store them in the cloud (Google Drive, One Drive),
and log in with your social media accounts (Facebook).
