Needs
  • implement a solution which streamlines loan procedures,
  • focus on being eco-friendly,
  • eliminate paper and reduce costs,
  • find an intuitive e-signature platform.
Solution

Autenti, which won the first Polish edition of BNP Paribas International Hackathon as a start-up in 2016, proposed software to improve the process of entering into banking agreements through the use of electronic signatures. Thanks to the implementation of the Autenti solution at BGŻ BNK Paribas Bank, it will be possible to sign loan agreements online, using any electronic device with Internet access.

"In a quickly changing reality and a world dominated by new technologies, customers expect banking processes to be quick and smooth. Signing paper agreements, printing them, scanning and sending by post or a courier takes too long and customers do not want to spend so much time on formalities. We have to keep up with the times and make sure that customers are satisfied, but also take care of our time, job satisfaction and the environment. Implementing state-of-the-art technological solutions in banking services helps us achieve all of these goals at the same time", says Krzysztof Wojciechowski, Managing Director of the Consumer Finance Sales Division at BGŻ BNP Paribas.

Autenti offers the Bank full service when it comes to e-transactions. The platform records the chain of events between the parties entering into an agreement and evidence is saved on a durable medium. Security and trust, which are especially important in banking processes, are ensured thanks to data encryption and the use of additional digital methods of customer verification. Autenti was established to make businesses paperless and digital. In the vast majority of cases, it is not necessary to use traditional handwritten signatures and print out documents. The platform is a trusted third party which guarantees the authenticity of signed documents and secures a list of confirmed actions taken during the process of signing them.

"Digitisation is a part of our growth strategy. Thanks to this, we can offer our partners and their employees safe and innovative solutions. These are the foundations of our recently established cooperation with Play. We are striving to change our manner of working in such a way that it has a positive impact on the natural environment. By eliminating paper from the document flow, in 3 years we will have saved 6,000 trees, which is equivalent to a medium-sized forest", adds Krzysztof Wojciechowski.
