PKO Leasing implemented the Autenti solution with the goal being to widen the scope of remote customer service for finalizing leasing contracts. Thanks to the Autenti platform, it is now even easier and quicker to sign contracts remotely with a qualified signature (mSzafir, SimplySign, InfoCert).
Customers and suppliers have the possibility to use a qualified signature and sign remotely with the addition of video verification and document access sent by the advisor. The PKO Leasing Group also offers the option to sign a leasing contract with a qualified signature via Autenti during the process of leasing PKO Leasing Online items available in e-commerce stores. More than 75 percent of customers have already used this service.
With Autenti, the workflow and finalization of the contracting process are completely digitized, making it possible for the customer to sign a leasing contract with a qualified signature that is supported on the platform.
Up until recently, the leasing industry was based on a direct relationship with the client, but nowadays the digitization of this process is unavoidable. The changes relating to the development of online services have only been expedited by the pandemic. Today, the completely digitized process for concluding leasing agreements is a response to the expectations of our clients, since we want to provide modern and attractive services while ensuring their comfort and safety – says Anna Wiśniewska, Products and Processes Department Director at PKO Leasing. The digital customer service process based on the tools provided by Autenti improves efficiency and shortens the time needed to complete the following stages for signing a leasing contract. The remote identity verification service carried out by an Autenti consultant, on the basis that our clients, suppliers and advisors can obtain an InfoCert qualified signature, is another convenience that improves the quality of our services – she adds.
Using Autenti as a platform for remote contract signing has a number of benefits. The customer can sign documents online anywhere, at any time and on any desired device such as a computer, tablet or smartphone. Within the offered service, it is possible for the client to obtain a qualified signature regardless of where they have a bank account.
The customer's information and identity are confirmed by Autenti during a video verification call, afterwards a signature is issued on this basis. This undoubtedly impacts the improvement of the online contract conclusion process. The process of sending and viewing documents is simple, fast and entirely secure. Using the Autenti platform in remote channels significantly improves the process of leasing items that the client would like to finance via PKO Leasing in the online store. Up until now, the only option for concluding a contract was to collect and sign the documents delivered by a courier. Thanks to this new service, these formalities can be carried out remotely. More and more customers are choosing this fast and environmentally friendly option.
