Electronic seal and electronic signature - differences

A qualified e-seal should not be confused with an electronic signature.

A qualified electronic seal is meant to ensure the integrity of company documents and the guarantee of their origin.

On the other hand, electronic signatures allow you to submit a declaration of will on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity being represented.

The electronic seal is used by entrepreneurs or entities that have been granted legal personality by the relevant provisions, e.g. commercial companies, natural persons conducting sole proprietorship, non-governmental organizations or public administration.

Document with electronic seal

The best guarantee that the document came from you

Did you know that according to the European Central Bank, EUR 1.8 billion worth of fraudulent transactions are made in Europe each year (European Fraud Report 2019).

Don’t take this risk! A qualified electronic seal is the best security for a document and guarantees the credibility of the document’s issuer.
