Signature multi-visualization

It is now possible to add up to 50 signature visualizations during a single document signing process – both when using the Autenti signature and the qualified electronic signature (QES).

Default role and signature in the address book for document recipients

In response to user feedback, the address book functionality on the Autenti platform has been expanded. The new capabilities allow for more efficient preparation of documents for signing and better alignment of settings with the Sender’s preferences.

🔧 What’s new?

    Default role and signature type – can now be assigned to each contact
    - a default role in the process (Signer, Initialer, Reviewer, For information),
    - a preferred signature type (Autenti e-Signature, Qualified Signature, Autenti Advanced e-Signature).
    These settings will be automatically applied when creating a new document draft, so the Sender won't have to edit recurring recipients each time.

    SMS authorization for Autenti e-Signature – when selecting the e-Signature for a contact, you can additionally require SMS authorization. This option is also available on the Sender’s side (in Settings, under the "Default settings" tab).

    CSV file import – the new fields (default role and signature) can now also be set when importing contacts from a file. The sample CSV file has been updated to simplify the configuration process.

    Refreshed address book interface – the contact add and edit windows have been modernized. This is the first step toward a complete redesign of this section of the application.

    Application and interface modifications – changes have been made to key modules of the platform, such as account settings, sending documents for signature, and more.

Changes in the area of private accounts

In response to business needs and market expectations, Autenti has introduced changes to the rules for using private accounts. The new solutions enable private account users to access advanced platform features through a subscription model.

It’s worth noting that these changes give private users access to features that were previously available only in commercial plans, such as:
- address book,
- sending with recipient authorization via a one-time OTP code,
- setting the signing order,
- default role and signature settings for Sender and Recipients

    The option to send documents for free has been removed – private account users can no longer send documents under the free monthly limit (3 documents per month). This change applies to both new and existing users.

    Trial period for new accounts – every new private account user automatically receives a 14-day trial period, allowing them to test the platform's features.

    and also for existing users – users with existing accounts can activate the above-mentioned trial period themselves at any time of their choosing after logging in to the Autenti platform.

    Subscription plan purchase – private account users can now independently purchase one of the following plans and send documents without limits: PRO or PRO SMS – available as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time payment with no commitment.

    Application and interface modifications – changes have been made to key modules of the platform, such as account settings, sending documents for signature, and more.

Duplicating a sent document

A new document duplication feature has been added to the Autenti platform, making the sending process faster and simpler while minimizing the risk of errors.

This highly requested feature is now available starting from the PRO plan.

Plan change during subscription activation process

The option to change the current plan on the Autenti platform has been introduced. Users with an active non-renewable plan who enable automatic renewal (annual subscription) in the "Users and Plans" section can now select a different plan than the one previously used. In the next billing period, the selected plan will be renewed, and the price will be adjusted according to its scope.

    Option to choose a different renewal plan – users can now select the plan that should be activated in the next subscription period, instead of continuing with the current one.

Default landing page selection displayed after login

A new feature has been introduced, allowing Autenti platform users to choose which product page they land on after logging in. This is another step toward a more personalized and convenient user experience.

    Default product selection after login – users can now choose which Autenti product should be their landing page after logging in.

    - e-Signatures (My Documents)
    - e-Delivery (Autenti eDelivery)

    New preference selection modal – existing users will see a modal asking for their preference upon first login after the feature rollout. New users will make their selection immediately upon their first login.

    Option to change at any time – the selected landing page can be modified at any time in the account settings, under the preferences section.

Labels in Autenti eDelivery and limit communication

Autenti eDelivery has introduced a new labeling feature. It offers users an entirely new way to organize their work with e-Deliveries – convenient, clear, and flexible.
Labels are created by Super Administrators, who can also assign permissions to other team members to use them.

Additionally – new interface elements displaying limit information.
Users can now see:
- which subscription plan they are on,
- how many permissions have been assigned,
- how many commercial e-Deliveries remain.

    Labels for organizing e-Deliveries – you can now assign thematic labels (e.g., “URGENT”) to e-Deliveries – even across multiple mailboxes simultaneously – and quickly filter only the ones you’re interested in.

    Four types of user permissions – the Super Administrator can assign users specific roles related to a label:
    - Labeling – assigning a label to e-Deliveries,
    - Removing labels – detaching a label from e-Deliveries,
    - Access to e-Deliveries – viewing the contents of an e-Delivery,
    - Receiving e-Deliveries – the ability to receive them.

Mass signing with qualified electronic signature (QES)

It is now possible to perform mass signing of documents using a qualified electronic signature (QES). This feature significantly accelerates work with larger document packages.

With this add-on, users can sign up to 30 documents in a single batch using certificates from SimplySign or InfoCert, making the signing process faster and more efficient.

This feature helps streamline bulk signing workflows and saves valuable time for more strategic tasks.

We’re strengthening password security at Autenti

Important changes have been implemented in the processes for creating and resetting passwords for accounts on the Autenti platform. The new rules enhance security and comply with OWASP best practices and user expectations.

    Minimum password length requirement – passwords must be at least 10 characters long – shorter ones will not be accepted.

    Password security verification – thanks to integration with an external database, passwords that have appeared in data breaches are detected – such suggestions are blocked and the user is informed accordingly.

    Prohibition of using parts of the email address in the password – the system checks whether the password contains parts of the email address – if it does, setting such a password will not be possible.
  • addText
    The changes apply to all key processes
    - new account registration,
    - setting a password for accounts added to an organization,
    - changing the password in account settings,
    - password reset via “Forgot password”.

eDelivery subscriptions – now available on the Autenti Platform

A convenient process for purchasing an eDelivery subscription — available in monthly or annual versions — has been implemented directly through the Autenti platform. This new approach offers greater flexibility and ease of use – both for businesses and individual users.

    Subscription sales through a familiar process – purchasing an eDelivery plan is fully self-service, just like with other Autenti plans.

    Availability for individual users – for the first time, subscriptions are also available to private individuals – not just business customers.

    Multiple payment methods – subscriptions can be paid using:
    - payment cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
    - Google Pay
