WEBCON begins working with Autenti

WEBCON, the largest Polish producer of low-code software and one of the largest document circulation systems suppliers in Poland has integrated its solution with Autenti, the leader in electronic signatures and identity verification.

The WEBCON BPS platform is utilized, among other things, to create electronic document circulation systems and makes it possible for users to fully digitize the processing of various types of documents. Irrespective of whether or not a given organization uses the WEBCON BPS platform to create, review contracts or handle correspondence, its function enables users to submit an electronic signature, which is the culmination of document circulation. Thanks to integrating with the Autenti platform, companies using this solution can also quickly submit an e-signature on a document, a qualified signature, or additionally use remote identity verification to authenticate the submission. After signing, the document can continue to be processed in the application or sent to external tools - e.g. to ERP or HR and payroll systems.

WEBCON BPS makes it possible to build custom-made applications that support business processes and implement electronic document circulation. Thanks to its unique architecture and a wide range of functions, our system is being used by companies that are setting standards in their industries around the world. Integrating the platform with the electronic signature functionality that Autenti provides will make it much easier for our clients to submit an e-signature using this tool - says Łukasz Wróbel, WEBCON vice president.

The WEBCON BPS flagship product is currently used by over 850 companies that represent various industries on 5 continents. These include, among others, Siemens Finance, Mitsubishi Electric, Tauron, LPP, Echo Investment, Intersport, Nowy Styl, Warbud, Pratt & Whitney Canada and MAN.
