Eliminate paper documents and handwritten signatures of customers and employees when opening bank accounts. Do it automatically and completely remotely – with the same level of safety as at the bank branch.
The customer does not have to come to the bank or wait for a courier that delivers documents for signing. In the process, we use an electronic signature authorised by a one-time PIN (OTP) code delivered via SMS. The customer does not have to install additional software or create an account in external services, and can use the bank account within a few moments after they sign the agreement electronically. A bank account can also be opened in the bank mobile application integrated with the Autenti electronic signature.
Your customer will confirm opening the account on any device with access to the Internet: phone, tablet or computer. Due to the use of the bank electronic stamp in the process, the agreement will be binding once the customer applies the signature.You can also determine the appropriate order of signatures in accordance with the branch requirements.

We store all documents in encrypted form. The content of the agreement cannot be changed at any point of the process or signed by an unauthorised person. During the electronic execution of agreements, we collect evidence from the process, which we then transfer to the bank through an API, which adds an additional layer of protection for the transaction.
You do not have to meet the customer personally to confirm their identity. With Autenti, you can choose from many prepared identification methods integrated by Autenti within the BROKER ID service. You can integrate them with the whole banking system and also use them in other financial processes.
How does it work?
1. Completion of an account opening form
The customer enters personal data in the account opening form.
2. Confirmation of the customer’s identity
The system verifies the customer’s identity through the available methods, including video verification.
3. Becoming familiar with the agreement
After the successful verification of the identity, the customer is redirected to Autenti, where they can see and sign the document.
4. SMS with a one-time password
After marking the necessary consents, the customer receives an SMS with a one-time password required to apply an electronic signature.
5. Applying a signature
The customer signs the agreement on any device.
6. Affixing an electronic stamp
Autenti automatically affixes the bank’s electronic stamp, without engaging its employees.
7. Receipt of the signed document
The signed document, protected by a password, is transferred to the customer via e-mail. Through an API, it is transferred to the bank, where it can be further processed in the system.

Yes, the signature can be checked and verified in external tools and the Adobe Acrobat Reader programme.
On what devices can the customer sign an instruction?
Autenti operates on different devices connected to the Internet. It can be a smartphone, tablet, laptop or stationary computer.
How is the customer’s identity verified when signing the agreement?
