1. Add signature visualization anywhere on the document
2. Set your default role and signature type
3. Submit already signed documents for further signing
4. Sign with any qualified signature available in the EU
5. Summary
Do you sign documents electronically and want to see your signature, or the signature of your partners, directly on the document? Or perhaps you’d like to decide where and on which page your signature should appear? Now, you can do just that!
The ability to visualize signatures is a unique feature that adds more flexibility in how you present electronic signatures. You can now add a visual representation of an e-signature or qualified signature anywhere on the document. Simply choose one of the four available visualizations (including one resembling a handwritten signature and another with initials) and drag it to any position on the document.
Moreover, you can decide whether you want the signature page to be attached as the last page of the document (as it was before) or as a separate PDF attachment that can be downloaded.

How to use this new feature?
Do you paraphrase, review, or approve documents in your company? Or maybe you mainly use a qualified signature? You will surely appreciate the new feature, which allows you to set a default role and signature type.
Now, you can easily adjust your role and signature type to match your daily needs, significantly simplifying document management in your daily work. Until now, every time you assigned a document, you had to select your role if it was different from "signatory," which could lengthen the process and lead to errors. Now, you can select and set one role as your default.
This change allows you to choose a role that best matches your daily tasks. Available options include: “Signatory,” “For inspection,” “Initialing,” or "Commenting" (for PREMIUM users). Additionally, you can select the type of signature you use most frequently.

Do you receive signed documents by email and want to forward them to others for additional signatures on the Autenti platform? Now, it’s possible! And importantly, this will significantly speed up the document flow process in your company.
Now you can easily submit documents that already have any signatures or electronic seals. This ensures you’re always working with the latest version of the document and gives you full control over who signed it and when. After a document is signed, it will be automatically delivered to the next recipient if you add them "for inspection."

How to use this new feature?
If you sign documents with a qualified signature, especially those abroad, there's a high chance that each of them will have their own qualified signature, often from different providers. Now, this is no longer a problem!
On the Autenti platform, you can sign documents with any of over 170 qualified signatures available within the European Union, including certificates on cryptographic cards.
Previously, companies had to use various external tools to sign documents with local qualified signatures, which caused a lack of control over the process, delays, and the need to sign documents outside the Autenti platform. This new functionality eliminates these issues, allowing for seamless and secure signing of documents, regardless of which qualified signature the recipient has.
Now, even if a document has already been signed by one user, you can easily add it to the workflow on Autenti and continue the process fully integrated, maintaining full control over security and the signing process. This is especially important for companies working with international partners or those using certificates stored on cryptographic cards.
