iTaxi speeds up document workflows and cuts costs with Autenti eSign

About the client

iTaxi is a mobile app connecting passengers with licensed taxi drivers, operating in major Polish cities including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, the Tri-City area, and Olsztyn. The company serves both individual and business clients, with a focus on modernity and convenience. Its direct connection model between passengers and drivers requires fast, digital internal processes. To support large-scale operations efficiently, iTaxi has been systematically digitalising its document workflows.

 

The challenge

Paper-based signatures were slowing down HR processes and cooperation with partners, creating high costs and a dependency on courier services. The pandemic and a shift to remote work accelerated the decision to go digital:

The team needed a solution that was intuitive, widely recommended, and easy for users to adopt.

 

The solution

iTaxi implemented Autenti eSign in key HR and partner-facing processes – including employment contracts, annexes, agreements with clients and contractors, and leave requests.

“The implementation went very smoothly – the solution is highly intuitive,”
notes the team, highlighting that only brief training was needed for those configuring the system and assigning permissions.

The organisation uses a mix of standard electronic signatures and qualified signatures, depending on the type of document. In practice, the cloud-based qualified signature delivered the most impact: without the need for additional hardware and with the option to sign from a mobile phone, formalities became significantly faster.

An added benefit was that many of iTaxi’s clients and partners were already using Autenti – making the adoption even easier and more effective.
