Brand24 streamlines document workflow and speeds up internal processes with Autenti
About the client
Brand24 is a global company specialising in internet monitoring. It helps brands track and analyse online mentions, while also building relationships with customers. Digitalising contract-signing processes was crucial for improving operations at Brand24.
The problem
Despite its tech-focused nature, prior to implementing Autenti, Brand24 struggled with document circulation between its various offices. Processes were slow, often delayed due to the need to send physical documents between its three locations in Poland—Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Wrocław.
„It was difficult for us to send these standard documents. They would always get lost somewhere,” – says Mikołaj Winkiel, Chief Evangelist at Brand24.
The solution
Faced with the growing need to streamline document management, Brand24 implemented Autenti, a platform for digital document signing. The primary motivation was to speed up document circulation and eliminate the need for traditional mail or couriers.
„With Autenti, just two clicks are enough to send a document, and our back office always has a copy stored on the server” – says Mikołaj Winkiel.
The results
The introduction of Autenti significantly sped up Brand24’s document workflows, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively, regardless of their location. Employees welcomed the ability to sign documents without needing to visit the office.
„Staff are grateful they no longer have to come to the office just to sign simple documents or invoices. Everything runs smoothly, without the need for the postal service,” – says Mikołaj Winkiel.
Autenti also helped to standardise external processes, even when working with large corporations that previously preferred traditional signatures.
„We were concerned that some corporations would insist on traditional signatures, but it turns out they use the same or similar solutions, so it hasn’t been an issue” – he adds.
Future plans and summary
Brand24 plans to continue using Autenti, particularly given the growing needs of dispersed teams and a rapidly developing market.
The employees are grateful that they don't have to come to the office to sign simple documents or invoices. Everything is running very smoothly, without any interaction with the post.
