Lettly agency reduces contract signing time from days to hours with Autenti

Version 2
About the client

Lettly is an agency specialising in influencer marketing, helping brands create advertising campaigns. Established in 2015, the company collaborates with online creators to assist brands in engaging customers through influencers. The agency was seeking tools to simplify the contract process, shorten the time required to finalise agreements, and reduce the need for traditional paper documents.

The problem

As an influencer marketing agency, Lettly handles a large volume of contracts daily. Before implementing Autenti, the process of signing documents was time-consuming and involved a significant amount of paperwork.

“We were exhausted by all the paperwork and sending everything by courier,” recalls Zuzanna Śleszyńska, Creative Director and co-founder of Lettly.

This process not only generated unnecessary costs but also extended the time required to finalise contracts, hindering the efficient execution of campaigns.

The solution

The decision to implement Autenti allowed for the simplification and full digitalisation of the contract signing process.

„The process turned out to be very simple; you just had to make the decision. After that, we did a quick training session and informed the accountant about how the signing process would now work, – explains Zuzanna Śleszyńska.

Thanks to the Autenti platform, most contractors quickly adapted to the new system, and paper contracts became a rarity.

The results

The implementation of Autenti brought numerous benefits.

„A whole sea of benefits. We no longer waste time printing or sending letters. We save paper, toner, and the courier’s back.”  says Zuzanna Śleszyńska.

Additionally, the company gained a convenient way to track the status of documents in one place. The introduction of electronic signatures particularly facilitated work during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many people worked remotely without access to printers or couriers.

“The ability to sign from anywhere is also very important,” adds Śleszyńska, emphasising the user-friendliness of the application, both on desktop and mobile.

Future plans

Lettly plans to continue its collaboration with Autenti, expanding the range of features used on the platform. The company intends to further streamline document management processes, enabling greater automation and increased operational efficiency.

We don’t waste time printing or sending letters. We save paper, toner, and the courier’s back. Moreover, everything is in one place, and we can immediately check if the document is signed, ensuring nothing gets lost.
