Medicover shortens the time required to sign commercial documents – client onboarding possible in as little as one day

About the client

Medicover is a provider of comprehensive employee benefits, encompassing physical and mental health, dental care, eye care, and gym memberships. Employing over 4,000 people, Medicover is the largest Swedish employer in Poland. The company collaborates with both individual clients and small and medium-sized enterprises, offering holistic solutions that support employee wellbeing.

 

The problem

Before implementing the Autenti platform, Medicover relied on traditional, paper-based methods for signing agreements. Face-to-face meetings necessitated the physical delivery of documents, either in person or via courier, leading to additional costs and significantly prolonging the contract completion process.

As Łukasz Żuchliński, Head of Telesales at Medicover, explained:

Solution

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digitalisation of processes in many companies, including Medicover. The company opted to implement the Autenti platform, which enables electronic document signing. Key factors influencing the choice of Autenti included:
