Frequently asked questions

Who can buy a PRO or PREMIUM account?

We recommend the PRO plan for small and medium-sized companies, freelancers and teams. The PREMIUM plan will suit medium and large companies, as well as larger teams.

How do I get started?

You can create two types of accounts on the platform.

1. A company account if you plan on using Autenti for business purposes. You will need to provide the company's tax identification number and address to the company account. The person setting up the business account is the Super Administrator and can add more employees later. Business accounts come in three plans: FREE, PRO, and PREMIUM.

2. Personal account, if you only plan on using the platform for personal matters. Private accounts are only available as FREE accounts.

What are CORPORATE solutions?

CORPORATE solutions are e-signature solutions for companies and teams. These enable online contracting in B2B, B2C, B2E relationships, the signing of unilateral statements, and the use of KYC processes. All processes are managed from one place.

What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an authentication method used to protect an account on the Autenti platform against unauthorized access by requiring the user to provide two forms of authentication.

What features do the PRO and PREMIUM plans have?

PRO and PREMIUM plans let you send an unlimited number of documents for signature and much more on the Autenti platform!

Here are the most important functions available under the plans:

Autenti Classic

In Using Autenti Classic you can sign many types of documents - business, personal or required public administration documents, such as financial statements, SAF-T, EAD, ZUS declarations and others.

API integration

Send and sign documents directly from your ERP system using the Autenti open API. Automate and tailor processes to meet customer requirements and completely eliminate document printing.

Document templates

You can use ready-made templates for the most frequently used contracts or create your own in order to speed up the documents preparation and sending to a selected group of recipients.

Shared Labels

Share selected or all documents with your team members to view. Create subgroups and assign the right authorizations to increase the security and convenience for recipients.

Personalization

Add your company logo in the signing panel and in e-mail messages so that document recipients can easily recognize that you and your colleagues are the sender and so that they sign faster. The availability of specific functions under the PRO and PREMIUM plans, along with their descriptions can be found in the price list.

What is the difference between a company and personal account?

A corporate account is intended for users who are involved in economic activities or other business operations. Autenti makes it possible to depaperize the document signing process in client, contractor or employee relations. Unlike a personal account, a company account lets you add multiple platform users and share documents, which significantly impacts an organization’s management and increases the efficacy of operations.

What are ENTERPRISE solutions?

ENTERPRISE solutions are dedicated e-signature solutions. By creating customised processes, we are responding to even the most demanding needs. Ideally suited for corporations and handling dedicated processes and integrations.
