Autenti integration with Salesforce allows you to create and send documents directly from Salesforce, without the need to log in to Autenti.
- You create a document template that matches your business logic.
- You generate documents based on this template and data from Salesforce.
- Documents are sent for electronic signature by Autenti, and their status can be monitored directly in Salesforce.
- Once the recipient signs the document, the file automatically returns to Salesforce, where it can be saved and assigned to the appropriate records.

Problem: Klient posiadał problem z papierowym obiegiem dokumentem w sklepach (500 sklepów i prawie 1000 pracowników). Każdy z dokumentów był wysyłany fizycznie ze sklepu do centrali firmy. Proces był nieefektywny - opóźnienia w zatrudnieniu, długi czas oczekiwania na podpisanie i odesłanie dokumentu.
