How does this integration work?
Autenti integration with Salesforce allows you to create and send documents directly from Salesforce, without the need to log in to Autenti.
- You create a document template that matches your business logic.
- You generate documents based on this template and data from Salesforce.
- Documents are sent for electronic signature by Autenti, and their status can be monitored directly in Salesforce.
- Once the recipient signs the document, the file automatically returns to Salesforce, where it can be saved and assigned to the appropriate records.
What processes does Autenti + Salesforce support?
Customer onboarding
Companies serving a large number of clients often need to verify identity and financial credibility before commencing business. This includes KYC and AML processes, as well as signing initial documents like NDAs.
With Salesforce's integration with Autenti, you can perform these checks while simultaneously enabling electronic signatures directly in your CRM.
- Effect: more efficient onboarding of new customers, greater data security and regulatory compliance.

Sales processes
The sales process in Salesforce often requires the rapid preparation and signing of customer contracts.
With Autenti integration, employees can generate contracts from ready-made templates that automatically retrieve customer data from the Salesforce card. The order of signatures and the role of recipients are predefined, and signature status updates in real time.
- Effect: shortening the sales cycle by up to several days, fewer document errors, faster deal closing and greater conversion of leads into signed contracts.

Customer service
In customer service processes, speed of response and easy access to documents such as acceptance protocols, consents, addenda, and complaints are crucial.
Integration allows you to prepare and send documents directly from Salesforce, eliminating the need to switch to Autenti or manually copy data. Automatically assigning statuses and storing signed files in CRM gives teams full control over case handling.
- Effect: shorter response times to customer requests, greater transparency of operations and a higher level of customer satisfaction.

Finance and Invoicing
Companies often need to sign financial documents – from invoices and orders to leasing agreements and tax settlements.
Thanks to integration with Autenti, all documents generated in Salesforce can be immediately sent for electronic signature, and once the process is complete, they are automatically transferred to the system. Additionally, signatures can be secured with OTP/SMS codes.
- Effect: full compliance with legal requirements, elimination of manual document circulation, acceleration of accounting processes and reduced risk of data loss.

Legal services
Managing NDAs, regulations, powers of attorney, and board resolutions can be time-consuming and error-prone, especially when the processes require the involvement of multiple people.
Autenti + Salesforce integration automates document creation, assigns appropriate roles and signature sequences, and provides full visibility into the status of each document in real time. All files are stored centrally, with access control at the Salesforce level.
- Effect: fewer formal errors, easier management of legal documentation, time savings for the legal department and greater data security.
