Autenti joins forces with Cencert – the rSign cloud qualified signature is now available on our document workflow platform

Our partnership with Cencert means that Autenti users can now take advantage of the rSign cloud qualified electronic signature directly within the document-signing workflow. This is another expansion of our electronic signature ecosystem and an important step in developing Autenti as a unified environment that brings together different cloud solutions.

Integration with rSign – convenience for current Cencert users

Collaboration with contractors who use Cencert rSign is now easier than ever. Thanks to the integration with Autenti, you can sign agreements in one seamless online process — without purchasing a new signature, leaving the workflow or switching providers.

Here’s how simple it is:

  1. Select rSign by Cencert from the list of available qualified signature providers.

  2. Accept the consent and — during the first use — link your certificate by entering the 10-character Key Identifier from the rSign mobile app.

  3. Confirm the operation in the rSign app.

  4. When signing a document in Autenti, enter the one-time signing PIN and then approve the signature in the mobile app.

For logged-in Autenti users, this connection is saved automatically, making future signing even more efficient.

Why is this important?

Because we give you choice. At Autenti, we prioritize openness and flexibility — we understand that different companies and users rely on different qualified signature providers. By partnering with Cencert rSign, we expand the range of options so that you or your contractors can sign any document using the signature you already have.

This is also an important step towards full interoperability in the electronic signature market.

“This newly launched cooperation with Autenti gives current Cencert rSign users new possibilities. Thanks to the technical integration, the process is simple and handled entirely within Autenti’s intuitive interface. We’re excited to join this ecosystem, giving our users more convenience in their daily work,”
— Paweł Szypowski, Director at Cencert

Autenti and Cencert – a partnership built on trust

The collaboration with Cencert is a natural direction for Autenti. Both brands share the same mission: building trust in digital business processes and simplifying formalities in an online environment.

Autenti already integrates with 24 trusted service providers, giving users extensive flexibility when signing documents that require a qualified electronic signature.

What does using Cencert rSign on the Autenti platform mean?

A complete document workflow

With the integration of Cencert rSign, Autenti becomes even more complete. If your recipient has a Cencert rSign qualified signature, they can sign documents using the native integration — no extra steps needed.

A full audit trail

No more manually signing PDFs and emailing them back and forth. Your contractor signs with rSign, and you or your colleagues sign with your own qualified signatures — all within one unified workflow.
In the end, you receive one consistent audit trail and a comprehensive Signature Card for the entire process.

Easier collaboration across the market

From now on, you can work smoothly with any contractor who says, “I only have rSign.” No delays, no workarounds — just send the document via Autenti.
Cencert is actively used by more than 20,000 companies and institutions in Poland, making collaboration easier and more predictable.

What’s next for the use of Cencert rSign on Autenti?

According to Grzegorz Wójcik, CEO of Autenti:

“The integration with Cencert rSign is just the beginning of our cooperation. We are working on further solutions that will enable even more seamless handling of qualified signatures — both those already owned by users and new ones that will be available for convenient purchase directly through Autenti.”
