Warsaw Residency Class # 1

Autenti was one of the 10 selected companies to participate in the first edition of the Google for Startups acceleration programme. Campus Residency is a 6-month growth programme for global-minded startups, offering personalised support and unique access to Google resources and experts. The residence, which we used at the beginning of our commercial adventure in Poland, gave us the opportunity to cooperate with the Google team, which helped us solve the challenges related to the development of the platform, take care of increasing revenues, build a good team or prepare to raise further funds.

Autenti is a proud member of the international Google community

Autenti is part of the Google for Startups ecosystem that helps develop innovative projects anywhere in the world. Its participants know how much energy the road from concept to first effects requires, which is why the Google Start Cup was created, coffee inspired by the successes of founders, which stimulates action wherever you work on your startup. You can admire the images of founders of dynamically developing Polish companies on the coffee packets. The CEO of Autenti, Grzegorz Wójcik is among them.

What is an electronic signature and how does it work?

Autenti’s CEO and CMO - Grzegorz Wójcik and Tomasz Plata - took part in Roman Młodkowski’s „Biznesmania” project, in which the journalist introduces the founders of the most interesting technology companies. Autenti founders introduced the viewers to their platform for electronic signing of documents.

Banks believed in the Autenti standard

In December 2019, PKO BP, Alior Bank and BNP Paribas Bank invested funds in our company and thus support the development of the Autenti platform and the process of creating the Polish electronic signature standard for signing documents online. Not only for companies from the banking or insurance sector. The trust that the banks placed in us was a significant distinction for our team and a confirmation of the previously chosen direction of development. This was another round of Autenti’s investment (Round A). VC funds also participated in it: Innovation Nest and Black Pearls, which became shareholders of Autenti 2 years earlier, at an early stage, the so-called „Round Seed”.

We support Polish schools

In the face of the pandemic, Autenti supported the G Suite solution and entered the moment when it became necessary to collect the consent of pupils and students’ parents to use the tool. The e-signature platform allowed for signing documents 100% remotely, which helped save time and avoid unnecessary leaving the house.

Autenti wants to conquer the world!

We want to appear globally, and our first steps in the international arena are directed, among others, to the East. In 2018, we participated in the Singapore Fintech Festival and since then we have been working on building good business relations with this region. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Startups in the Palace

„Startups in the Palace” is a project that aims to support innovative Polish companies in their search for development opportunities, including potential investors and business partners. During the second edition of the event, out of several hundred applications, the Council of the Startup Poland Foundation and the Foundation’s Programme Council selected 33 projects during the voting. It was up to the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and the Management Board of the Startup Poland Foundation to select the final ten, which finally took place at the Presidential Palace. Autenti was among 10 selected companies. The award gave us the opportunity to participate in foreign missions with the participation of the President, which we effectively used.

Wolves Summit

Autenti won the „The Great Pitch Competition” for nearly 300 companies that presented their ventures and projects in 2016 during the 4th edition of the international conference for startups, investors and corporations. We won the first place, the „Wolves Summit” statuette and a check for USD 100,000. In the opinion of our founders, it was one of the key events in the history of Autenti. Several dozen minutes later, after its completion, in a quiet place in one of the restaurants in Warsaw, they made decisions that are key to our business today.

In 2016, we took part in an exceptional weekend. For 3 days, we competed with 9 start-ups from Poland, whose task was to offer the best solutions in the field of improving the banking customer service process. Our team, which included, among others the creators of the platform and programmers, worked under the supervision of BNP Paribas experts throughout the weekend, live on the creation of optimal solutions. On 19 June, the international jury selected Autenti as the winner of the Polish edition of the hackathon, awarding us prizes and qualifying for the December finals in Paris, where we could present our solutions alongside the best startups from France, Great Britain, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Turkey.
