Freedom Nieruchomości is an agency that has been steadily building its position as one of Poland’s largest estate agency networks since 2010. Operating on an exclusive mandate model, it serves clients through nearly 65 branches nationwide. The company combines a modern approach to property sales with strong advisory support at every stage of the transaction – from valuation, promotion, and negotiation, to finalisation and handing over the keys.

 

The problem

While Freedom’s scale has fuelled its growth, it also posed a major operational challenge over the years.
Their everyday document handling process was dominated by paperwork:

  • Printing,
  • Handwritten signatures,
  • Binders and postal services.

Documents were constantly being transferred between offices across Poland – a time-consuming process requiring the involvement of many people.

“We used to email documents for review, print them at individual branches, and have them signed manually. Then they would just end up in binders on shelves.”

The team especially valued features such as document labelling and the ability to grant viewing access to selected employees. Autenti is now used daily by both assistants and document specialists.

Most commonly signed documents include cooperation agreements with agents, brokers, and managers, internal documents, and agreements with business partners.
