Problem

Before introducing Autenti’s services, Schibsted Tech Polska faced the challenge of traditional, paper-based document circulation in HR processes. Each document had to be prepared, printed, and signed manually, which caused significant delays and was time-consuming and inefficient. As Justyna Horodecka, PA and Payroll Specialist, recalls, the company was accustomed to this method of work until the pandemic forced it to seek alternative solutions. The need to adapt to new conditions became a turning point, revealing the necessity for faster, more efficient, and secure employee documentation management.

Solution

To address the challenges associated with paper-based document circulation, Schibsted Tech Polska decided to implement the Autenti platform, which enables the use of both short-term and qualified electronic signatures:

Future plans and summary

Schibsted Tech Polska plans to extend digitisation to additional HR processes. The company aims to move more processes into the digital sphere, striving to organise the majority of  documents in electronic form. In the near future, particular attention will be given to the implementation of e-Deliveries, which will improve HR’s communication with external institutions, such as ZUS.
