On April 1, 2025, the Google Campus Warsaw hosted the Digital Transformation Leaders Summit 2025—a landmark event organized by Autenti that brought together digitalization leaders, industry experts, and representatives from Poland's largest companies and institutions. This year's edition was particularly special, marking Autenti's 10th anniversary and reflecting on a decade of transformation in electronic signatures, digital identification, and e-Delivery.
This moment is also pivotal for the industry, as e-Delivery becomes a reality and eIDAS 2.0 regulations set new standards for identification and authentication in Europe.

Sebastian Kotów, a psychologist and business speaker, opened the event with a presentation titled "Anatomy of Courage," setting the tone for the entire summit. He emphasized that digital transformation is not solely about technology but fundamentally about leaders' courage to take risks and develop adaptive intelligence.
A central theme of the event was the implementation of e-Delivery and eIDAS 2.0. Experts, including Rafał Sionkowski from the Central Information Technology Center and Autenti representatives Grzegorz Wójcik, Anna Krasuska, and Agata Kolorz, discussed practical applications of the new regulations and their impact on both the public and private sectors.
"mObywatel already plays a significant role in the document signing process, but we are approaching the next stage of trust services development with eIDAS 2.0. User trust and process simplicity remain crucial—and at Autenti, we focus on making it as intuitive as possible," commented Grzegorz Wójcik, CEO of Autenti.
A panel discussion featuring representatives from InPost, Decathlon, the University of Silesia, and VeloLeasing demonstrated that successful transformation depends on combining technology with the right organizational culture. Experts highlighted the importance of change ambassadors, positive employee attitudes, and consistency in pursuing new standards.
CCC presented its case study on implementing Autenti. Between 2023 and 2024, the volume of signed documents increased by 75%. The key to success was the gradual implementation of the platform, integration with internal processes, and the successive expansion of the project.
Concluding the event, Zbigniew Jagiełło, former CEO of PKO BP and creator of BLIK, emphasized the importance of flexibility and understanding emotional barriers in the change process. He stressed that in the face of global challenges, digitalization must be a strategic priority.
A highlight of the conference was the presentation of the Paperless Hero Awards to companies actively supporting the idea of digitalization and paperless operations. Tomasz Plata, Co-Founder of Autenti, stated:
"Paperless Hero is an award for those who not only implement innovations but also inspire others toward digital change."
