The Autenti platform is a unique combination of electronic signature, innovative technology and a legal environment based on European and national regulations. It enables authorization and contracting over the Internet, and offers additional functionalities, including user identification and qualified services. It is the first solution of its kind in Poland and one of the few in Europe, which is already being used commercially by more than 3,700 companies. Autenti, as a fintech that began its adventure with business process reprocessing in 2013, is constantly evolving. This time it is joining forces with Microsoft Teams. What new things will this cooperation bring to Autenti users?
Microsoft Teams is one of today's most important and popular groupware tools, used every day in thousands of companies around the world. By integrating with Microsoft Teams, Autenti enables customers to work comfortably in an environment they are familiar with, without having to check email or use a separate application to send and sign documents.
Autenti in Microsoft Teams provides users with the functionality of their inbox and outbox directly on Teams screens. On the one hand, Autenti customers can see their inbox, check their signing processes, sign, initial and review documents; on the other hand, it is also possible to send a new document for signature. A user logged into Teams no longer needs to log in to his Autenti account - as the platform redirects him to familiar interfaces. Regardless of whether the employee wants to send or sign a document, all Autenti functionalities are available from one place. With a clear task list and immediate visibility of new documents awaiting signature in the daily work environment, users are able to act quickly and have good two-way communication. In addition, the process is enhanced by the ability to use the MS Teams address book.
The entire integration is very simple - it only requires a one-time connection between the account in MS Teams and its counterpart in Autenti, by logging into Autenti.
You can find the Autenti app within the MS Teams marketplace by typing the platform name in the search box or by browsing the "Microsoft 365 / Teams" product category. You can also use the direct link.
The integration of Autenti with MS Teams is yet another initiative in the company's long-standing partnership with Microsoft. Autenti is already a Microsoft Co-Sell Partner in Poland, among others, and has also been using cloud solutions under Microsoft Azure for several years.
