Magdalena Kucharska brings extensive experience in the IT industry to her role as Legal & Compliance Officer at Autenti. She specialises in technology law, with a focus on SaaS services, data protection, and trust services, including electronic signatures and electronic delivery solutions. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University and has completed postgraduate studies in cybersecurity. Additionally, she is certified as an ISO/IEC 27001 internal auditor.
