Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Autenti, you will be responsible for developing e-signature business solutions in Poland and the EU.   • Representing the company in sales projects, actively acquiring new customers and finding opportunities to broaden the current portfolio
  • Identifying incremental opportunities within solutions for enterprise and corporate customers
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts and a clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and cyclic sales forecasts
  • Preparing offers and persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation with customers
  • Cross-selling and upselling activities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B Sales
  • Strong track record of profitable B2B business growth through personal drive
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical problem-solving mindset that focuses on customer goals and needs
  • Good written & spoken English communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills ready to find and develop new and non-standard acquisition channels
  • ‘Can do’ approach and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • The ability to communicate openly, effectively and persuasively to customers and others within the company 

Experience with a SaaS product or/and IT/ Fintech sector would be an asset.
