Challenge

Prior to implementing Autenti , the marketing team was manually transcribing data simultaneously into contracts and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, Salesforce, which created room for error and prolonged workflows. It was difficult to track document statuses and automatically attach signed files to the correct records and distribute them to stakeholders. The time-consuming, error-prone process was limiting the pace of scaling the influencer marketing channel.

Solution

Health Labs Care implemented the Autenti solution in full integration with Salesforce. The contract template is generated directly in the CRM, terms and conditions are selected from predefined options, and the document automatically goes to the influencer. After signing, it goes back to the company for approval, and the final file is attached to the corresponding record. The status changes at each stage, and service and support remain fast and available at a low cost. The entire process from generation to signature and archiving is done in one system.
