Digital Identification and Qualified Electronic Signatures Without Borders — that is the vision behind the new partnership between Evrotrust, a leading trust service provider in Southeast Europe, and Autenti, the European market leader in digital document signing and identification platforms.
The goal of this collaboration is to combine identity verification (eID) and qualified electronic signatures (QES) into a single, seamless experience for users of both platforms. By integrating Evrotrust’s identity verification and QES capabilities with the Autenti ecosystem, both companies are making it easier for businesses to remotely verify identities, sign key documents, and carry out digital processes with the highest levels of security, trust, and legal certainty throughout the EU.
Complex, paper-based, or hardware-dependent legal procedures are giving way to a single mobile process that can be completed anywhere in Europe—faster than it takes to drink a cup of coffee.
The partnership between Autenti and Evrotrust focuses on several key technological areas:
“Across Europe, trusted digital identity and qualified electronic signatures are becoming the foundation of efficient cross-border services. By combining the expertise of Evrotrust and Autenti, we are making secure identification and legally binding digital transactions more accessible, easier to integrate, and more convenient for businesses and their customers across Europe.” Konstantin Bezuhanov, CEO of Evrotrust
“Business needs speed, not more procedural barriers. We combine identity verification and legally binding signatures into a single seamless process, giving companies in Central and Eastern Europe complete operational freedom.” Marta Szemraj, Strategic Partnership Manager, Autenti
By combining the capabilities of both companies, customers benefit from seamless processing of transactions and contracts between businesses and citizens from Poland, Central Europe, and Southeast Europe, including Bulgaria and Romania—with full legal validity guaranteed throughout the European Union, in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation.
For businesses, this means the ability to remotely verify customers or business partners, securely sign key documents, and reduce friction in onboarding and document workflow processes. The result is a faster, safer, and more convenient experience for both companies and their customers, including in cross-border scenarios.
The partnership spans many industries, as the solution supports a variety of use cases wherever secure identification and digital signatures are essential. Four areas stand out in particular:
Autenti and Evrotrust plan to further deepen their technological integration so that identity verification and qualified signatures become even simpler and faster for companies operating across multiple European markets.
