Taking care of the environment together is an investment in a better future. As part of our collaboration with the Operacja Czysta Rzeka Foundation, the Autenti team participated in a clean-up initiative along the Świder River. Our efforts not only helped to restore the natural beauty of the area but also promoted eco-friendly solutions on a broader scale.

United for nature – the story of the Autenti and OCR partnership

Since 2023, Autenti has supported the Operacja Czysta Rzeka Foundation as a technology partner. With the help of our platform, the foundation has implemented #paperless processes – all documents, including agreements with clean-up team leaders, are now signed electronically. Integrating technology into environmental initiatives not only improves efficiency but also brings tangible benefits to the environment – saving up to 9,000 sheets of paper and 43,000 litres of water annually.

This year, we went a step further, joining forces with the foundation in a clean-up initiative along the Świder River. This event demonstrated the importance of human involvement in protecting natural environments.

Clean-up action by the Świder River

In September, the Autenti team joined volunteers from the Operacja Czysta Rzeka Foundation in the Świder Nature Reserve to clean up this picturesque area.

Within just a few hours, we collected over 50 bags of rubbish, which were then sorted and disposed of. Among the waste were:

  • broken glass,
  • pieces of furniture,
  • used tyres,
  • construction and industrial materials.

The joint effort was not only an opportunity to make a real impact on the environment but also to build relationships and share a sense of collective responsibility for the world around us.

Results that delight the eye and heart

The results of our teamwork were immediately visible. The beautiful landscapes of the reserve were freed from unsightly rubbish, allowing visitors to enjoy a cleaner, more welcoming space. But that’s just the beginning! Our partnership with the foundation delivers long-term benefits:

  • In 2024, 809 team agreements were signed electronically, saving approximately 9,000 sheets of paper and 43,000 litres of water.
  • Electronic signatures enabled faster approvals, streamlining the coordination of clean-up efforts.

    “Thanks to our collaboration with Autenti, the Operacja Czysta Rzeka Foundation can focus on its core activities instead of document logistics,” said Mariusz Kalinowski, the foundation’s president.

Conclusion

Autenti’s commitment to environmental initiatives goes beyond providing technological support – we actively participate in projects like the clean-up along the Świder River. Through our collaboration with the Operacja Czysta Rzeka Foundation, we’ve shown that everyone can contribute to protecting nature.
