WARSAW, 13.05.2026 - Autenti, the European leader in the trust services sector, announces the implementation of a Qualified Validation Service for electronic signatures and seals - the Qualified Validator. This solution will allow companies not only to check the validity and correctness of signatures and electronic seals, but above all to obtain formal and legally binding proof of their validity in accordance with the eIDAS regulation.
In the era of mass digitisation of documents, e-signature has become a standard component of secure and efficient document circulation. It is a natural next step for organisations to be able to easily confirm the validity of electronic signatures and seals - especially in situations that require additional documentation, such as audits, inspections, legal proceedings or document analysis years later.
Most companies today use tools that allow them to check basic signature information, but are devoid of legal value (e.g. free PDF readers).
However, many business processes also need legally binding proof to demonstrate the validity of e-signatures and data integrity.
Importantly, this Qualified Validator also allows documents to be validated if they have not been signed on the Autenti platform. This means that organisations can also validate signatures and e-seals created in other tools or systems, as long as they meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
The implementation of the Qualified Validator is another step in the implementation of the strategy to build a European Trust Services Platform - the European Trust Services Platform.
As a hub connecting distributed signature standards, the Validator is a universal tool that verifies the validity of an e-signature or e-signature - regardless of who the signature provider is within the European Union. It meets the needs of the large corporate sector and organisations operating on high-risk contracts.
In practice, it means greater control over documents for organisations, simpler access to formal validation of signatures and the ability to handle different validation scenarios in one place.
Unlike standard verifiers, the Autenti service not only verifies the technical aspects of the validity of an electronic signature and seal, but provides a validation certificate secured by an Autenti qualified seal (along with an ETSI-compliant XML report), which is recognised evidence in disputes and audits - even years after the document was signed.
"This is not just another file checking tool. It is a very important part of the trust infrastructure," emphasises Grzegorz Wojcik, CEO of Autenti. "Customers often don't realise that without qualified validation they may not have hard proof in some contentious situations. We give them peace of mind and full regulatory compliance."
The foundation of Autenti's Qualified Validator is a philosophy where stringent requirements and technological complexities meet maximum user convenience.
Instead of forcing you to analyse raw and unreadable XML files, we offer a validator that 'translates' technical data into clear, ready-to-use reports.
This makes risk management, analysing the validity of signatures and working with documentary evidence simpler and more transparent:
The service is particularly useful in sectors requiring a high degree of formal control, such as leasing, insurance, construction, logistics and the public sector.
Autenti is a European trust services platform operating in full compliance with eIDAS 2.0. As an integrated ecosystem of solutions, it enables companies to securely and conveniently handle documents with e-signatures (Autenti eSign), identity verification (including KYC and KYB - Autenti eID), qualified e-delivery (Autenti eDelivery) and document protection, validation and archiving tools (Autenti eDocument). Autenti sets the European standard for integrating trust services into business processes. The company's solutions are used by more than 14,000 organisations in many market sectors across Europe, including industries with the highest regulatory requirements. Deloitte, Financial Times and Statista have repeatedly ranked Autenti as one of the fastest-growing CEE companies.
