What is this functionality for?
Send documents for signature by selecting multiple recipients. Indicate the order in which they sign, state their opinion or initial the content. All recipients will be notified of the signing progress and will receive a copy of the documents

How does it work?
Specify the recipient while sending a document. Should there be numerous recipients, add more by clicking the "Another recipient" button. Select a role for the recipient and decide whether the document should be accepted by all parties at the same time, or whether it requires a signing order. When the document is sent, all recipients will receive an e-mail containing a link to it. You can check the progress of signing of the forwarded document by logging in to the Autenti platform.
