Amargo is a leader in consulting and manufacturing in the market for thermoplastic tanks for industrial and public facilities. Its core business areas include design support, manufacturing, and installation of chemical-resistant tanks and water tanks for any space. In addition to tanks, Amargo builds complete industrial plants, gas pipelines, and equipment for filling and emptying transport tanks. Amargo’s machine park is equipped with welding and machining robots, as well as other reliable equipment from European manufacturers.
Currently, the company is investing in new technologies, its research and development department, and its laboratory, while also expanding its production scope and the methods used to process thermoplastics and composites. Another result of this strategy is the adoption of the Autenti electronic signature, which streamlines business operations, speeds up the conclusion of contracts, and is also an environmentally friendly solution. We spoke with Szczepan Gorbacz, CEO of Amargo Sp. z o.o. , about how the implementation of the electronic signature went at his company and what benefits he sees from using Autenti.
Why did you decide to go with Autenti?

Thanks to Autenti, we’ve also streamlined our company’s processes, effectively archiving documents—especially important ones, such as contracts. We’re saving real money and eliminating so-called “wasted effort.” Printing, packaging, ordering a courier, waiting for the document to be delivered, and then waiting for the signature, return, receipt, scan, email… Fortunately, all of that is now a thing of the past!
What was the process of implementing Autenti in the company like?
After a brief training session, we started using a trial account. It quickly became clear that Autenti is easy and intuitive to use. That’s why we chose this solution without hesitation. We’re now used to “express” contract signing and can’t imagine operating offline.
What are the benefits of using Autenti? Have you already seen savings in time and money?
All processes within the company run faster—decision-making, next steps, order/contract processing, archiving, and notifications to specific individuals. How do your customers react to e-signatures?
We’re seeing growing awareness of such solutions among our customers, and their reactions are becoming increasingly positive. We’re open to this change, but at the same time, we’re waiting with humility and patience for e-signatures to become the market standard.
