How does the Autenti platform work?
The platform ensures its clients full support throughout the e-transaction process. Starting from document submission, through e-identification, e-delivery, electronic signature resulting in a certificate, to generating links leading to payments. An undeniable advantage is that Autenti records the chain of events between the parties entering into the agreement and places the evidence on a durable medium. Upon request, it also integrates a signature verified by a qualified certificate. Data encryption guarantees the highest level of security and trust.
Is the Autenti platform secure?
All electronic signatures made on the Autenti platform comply with the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation, which regulates the provision of trust services across the European Union, making them legally binding. Every document sent and signed through the platform is secured with an electronic seal based on a qualified certificate.
For each document signed on the Autenti platform, a Signature Card is attached. On the Signature Card, you will find many essential pieces of information, such as: Document ID, visualization of the Autenti electronic seal, visualization of the submitted electronic signatures, including the personal data of the signatory and the type of signature submitted.
